Jeffrey D. Burt, who owns and manages the Burt Law Center, P.C., is a Chicago area attorney with a focus on business law, real estate, probate, and criminal defense. In practice for nearly 23 years, he has litigated hundreds of criminal & civil cases involving, real estate, business law, juvenile protection, DUI, drug trafficking, juvenile justice. He served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Illinois Department of Security for 7 years and as an Assistant Public Defender for 9 years. Mr. Burt graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Finance. A graduate of the Howard University Law School, Mr. Burt is a member of several professional organizations, including the National Bar Association, the Cook County Bar Association, Sigma Delta Tau Legal Fraternity.
